Blood Spirals is a gritty visual novel set in the criminal underbelly of London. You play as Kieran Adronic, a man trying to escape nine years as a gangster's right hand, only to find that the past won't release its grip. The game features a branching narrative across four episodes where your choices fundamentally shape the outcome—determining whether Kieran achieves love, redemption, or a darker fate.
The story centers on two women who enter Kieran's life and disrupt his carefully maintained distance from connection.
