Black Empire

Black Empire is an urban RPG where you play as a 24-year-old African American recently released from prison after a two-year sentence for fraud. Having returned to your hometown, you must rebuild your life by making strategic choices to increase your wealth, social influence, and romantic connections. The game emphasizes player freedom, allowing you to pursue various paths through business investments, job opportunities, and relationship-building with multiple characters. Core gameplay involves managing resources, engaging in strategic encounters, participating in negotiation mini-games, and progressively unlocking new locations, missions, and romantic storylines as your reputation grows across different social circles.
