Abdomen Expansion is a minimalist clicker game with inflation and pregnancy themes. You click to expand the protagonist's abdomen, earning currency to purchase upgrades that increase click power and passive income. The core mechanic is a 'Birth' reset system: after reaching certain milestones, you can trigger a birth event that resets your progress in exchange for permanent bonuses—either increased auto-clicker output (Assimilate) or stronger upgrade effects (Consecrate). Progression is tied to strategic decisions about which permanent bonuses to prioritize between runs.
