Abdomen Expansion is a minimalist clicker with fetish content (belly/breast inflation, pregnancy) that divides opinion sharply on gameplay merit. The art and sprite work earn consistent praise, but the core loop is heavily criticized: grinding to billion-point goals causes repetitive strain, passive production is negligible compared to active clicking (especially with autoclickers), and stage resets force players to restart progression rather than carry it forward. Some see it as acceptable niche fare for the fetish audience; others call it tedious shovelware that should be free or cheaper. The build is playable but rough—multiple reports of installation failures on Windows and Android, save/gallery corruption, and a post-birth progression bug that locks players out of goals. The 20-minute demo timer and PayPal-only payment also frustrate access.
