Zombie Queen suffers from severe optimization problems that make it effectively unplayable for most users. Reports of crashes on launch, black screens, timeout errors, and abysmal frame rates (15–30 fps on mid-to-high-end hardware) are consistent across the community, with several players noting the poor optimization far exceeds any reasonable hardware requirements. The game itself appears to be a simple 3D shooter with appeal centered on its character design, but the current build is so unstable and performance-starved that few can actually experience it. A newer version (2.0) exists on Patreon, but its absence here leaves this listing in a broken state, with many users unaware an alternative exists and frustrated by what feels like an abandoned product.
