Keystone's Youkai Dock Health Check

A comedic prank game set in the Touhou Project universe. Four yokai characters—Kagiyama Hina, Kaku Shiomei, Ibuki Suika, and Yojin Jouen—have undergone medical check-ups at Eientei. When their results arrive, instead of reviewing them privately, the group decides to broadcast the announcement to Gensokyo. The gameplay revolves around intercepting and altering the medical report text as read by Eirin, creating absurd or false diagnoses to capture the four characters' genuine reactions. Your goal is to craft increasingly creative and humorous corruptions of the medical findings to maximize entertainment value and grow your audience.
