Watching Her Change presents an intriguing voyeur-NTR setup with a small-scale map design and AI art that mostly holds visual consistency. The core loop—managing rent, corruption, and affection to steer your wife toward transformation or loyalty—has appeal for its audience, and some players genuinely enjoyed the replay value and photo-collection mechanic. However, the game suffers from significant execution problems that undermine the concept. A critical bug caps corruption at 73, breaking progression for many players; progression systems feel opaque and disconnected (stat changes don't always register, dialogue hints are unclear, and the transition from "buttoned-up" to "gyaru" happens abruptly with few visible steps); and the phone system has overlay bugs that stack conversations. Camera placement is inconsistent—you can watch the gym arbitrarily but not the crucial "working late" scenes that should justify the voyeur fantasy.
