Villa Nueva

Villa Nueva is an adult dating sim and sandbox set in a working-class neighborhood of Buenos Aires. After a breakup leaves you with nothing, you move into a cheap apartment and begin rebuilding your life among the building's residents and block characters: a reserved neighbor, a café worker, the shop owner's daughter, a retired professor, and others. The game emphasizes realistic human interaction—neighbors respond based on how you treat them, not from affection meters. Core gameplay involves working at the corner shop, optionally renting and running a massage parlour with real financial stakes, and navigating relationships through conversation and gift-giving. Originally written in Argentine Spanish with a full translation by the developer, the game features a planned narrative arc with scheduled character endings through version 1.0.
