You work for the "Chitsunai Iraira Agency" (CIA), a government organization dedicated to solving this problem. Your mission is to navigate a treacherous internal pathway to reach the uterus. The game is a mouse-only obstacle-course experience played from an intimate first-person perspective. You must carefully steer while avoiding rotating obstacles, narrow winding passages, and locked doors. The core challenge involves balancing two opposing pressures: avoiding contact with vaginal walls while simultaneously managing expansion without causing injury. Collision and over-expansion both result in failure. The game features a forgiving progression system: repeated failures grant skill points that gradually make navigation easier, eventually allowing completion through stat increases alone rather than pure reflexes.
