The game features a 20-chapter story following characters like Beatrice, a high-performance humanoid pilot, and Jekyll, an independent drone technician, as they compete in a high-stakes racing series where technological prowess and popularity determine champions. Core gameplay emphasizes technical driving skill, with customizable machines and the ability to create custom courses using detailed parameters (track width, curve sharpness, shortcuts, gimmicks, and more). The game includes a ghost-save and replay system, and courses can be exported and imported as JSON files for sharing. AI opponents automatically calculate ideal racing lines and adapt to custom-made courses. Extensive customization options allow players to adjust game speed, field of view, key bindings, and AI behavior. The retro pixel-art aesthetic combined with pseudo-3D technique creates a distinctive visual style reminiscent of 1990s F-Zero.
