Umi no Ie ~NTR Story~

Umino Ie: NTR Story is a slice-of-life romance simulation game set at a struggling seaside beach shack. After her father falls ill, Azaka takes over management of the family business and asks her childhood friend Yuuki, who moved to the city for school, to help rebuild it. The two move in together to restore the shack—a place filled with cherished memories from their summers together as children—while gradually deepening their bond through daily interactions and intimate moments. The game combines two contrasting experiences: the satisfaction of rebuilding the business and nurturing a genuine romantic relationship through effort and care, alongside an NTR (netorare) storyline that progressively undermines that carefully constructed connection. As the narrative unfolds, the heroine's dialogue, reactions, and emotional responses shift dynamically in response to the deteriorating situation. The game features intuitive point-and-click controls, full voice acting for all scenes, and extensive animation, designed to be playable one-handed with simple mouse clicks.
