Transformarena

TransformArena is a tactical RPG in the style of Fire Emblem, where players lead a party of 12 characters through a series of challenge arenas to claim a substantial monetary reward. The catch: defeat in combat results in transformation and permanent recruitment into the defeating realm. The game balances strategic combat encounters with character-driven storytelling, offering each party member unique fighting styles, goals, and backstories. Players must decide whether to preserve their original party or accept transformation as a path forward. The trial version includes one of five realms from the full release.
