Totally Screwed is a 3D adult visual novel following a college-aged spy team on an undercover mission to infiltrate a shadowy criminal organization and stop the distribution of a mysterious drug. Thrust into a dangerous operation without proper preparation, the agents must navigate their way into the organization's inner circle while facing mounting temptation and corruption. The narrative focuses on how the team manages the physical and moral compromises required for their mission, as they balance espionage objectives with increasingly intimate situations.
