The Yokai Beside Me

A mystery-adventure game set during a long summer break. Two young women—a noblewoman with a passion for the occult and her maid—plan a hot springs trip to a traditional inn with an attached shrine. Their getaway is interrupted by the arrival of an occult magazine writer and photographer on assignment. What should have been a pleasant retreat gradually spirals as small coincidences accumulate, shifting expectations and triggering larger forces. The story progresses through exploration and event sequences, blending supernatural mystery with character-driven narrative.
