Editorial Don't bother
The Undesired Crown arrives with strong visual presentation, but hollow execution undermines its premise. The core complaint is simple: there is almost nothing to do. Combat reduces to basic HP bars and escape checks with no meaningful mechanics—no seduction systems, no domination gameplay, no real strategic depth. One player summed it up bluntly: "It takes about a minute or two to see everything there is to this." The story setup (an arranged marriage with a domineering woman) has promise, but the game currently lacks the substance to explore it. Community feedback is sparse and mixed, with some praising the art while others pan the dialogue, mechanics, and overall content as underdeveloped. This reads as an early proof-of-concept rather than a finished game.
