Editorial Has potential
Princess of Zeven is a slow-burn corruption RPG that lands squarely for its intended audience: players who enjoy detailed narrative corruption over hours of gameplay. The game excels in what it sets out to do—extensive, character-driven H-scenes with rich internal monologue, a functional class-based dungeon crawler, and a branching story that rewards depravity. However, it comes with significant friction: the pacing is extremely slow (10+ hours before core content), the art is dated (800x800 default resolution, repeated CG differences), and the UI feels minimal. Opinions diverge sharply on whether the slow burn is a feature (immersive corruption arc) or a flaw (tedious padding). The true ending requires full corruption—a design choice that frustrates players seeking an alternative path. Despite technical polish issues in the build, the creative core is competent and deliberate, not broken.
