The Legend of Kuiina

An RPG with erotic elements. You play as Kuiina, an apprentice goddess living in paradise, who is summoned by the goddess Utena and tasked with descending to the mortal world to investigate why monsters are appearing and help humanity. The game blends romance and sexuality throughout the story, with branching paths that allow players to pursue erotic encounters or maintain virginity. Choices affect a "lust" stat that unlocks or restricts certain actions and scenes. The narrative features two different endings depending on the path taken. Combat and exploration are combined with relationship-building and intimate encounters.
