The Last Project is an early-stage RPGM visual novel with 3D renders that attempts to blend harem, NTR, and revenge-plot elements—an ambitious but tonally awkward mix. Community feedback is limited and divided: some appreciate the prologue and renders (comparing them favorably to similar titles), while others voice strong reservations about the premise itself. The most coherent criticism concerns narrative structure: players want meaningful character development and clear branching before NTR content becomes unavoidable, and they question why the opening forces non-consensual content without player agency. A vocal minority finds the tonal clash—casual harem hijinks paired with your brother's death and life threats—absurd enough to be entertaining; others see it as unfocused design. The game is in very early development (v0.0.0.0.0.00.1), and there is skepticism about whether it will be completed.
