Taimamiko Monogatari

Taimamiko is a 2D turn-based RPG set on a quiet island off the coast of modern Japan that has been struck by an earthquake. Monsters from Japanese folklore now roam the land, threatening the local population. Players control two legendary maiden exorcists, Satsuki and Kagura, descendants of a long line of renowned slayers tasked with defending Japan from human-eating ghouls and supernatural threats. The game combines exploration and sandbox elements with tactical turn-based combat against various monsters and creatures, featuring a mix of story-driven encounters and player agency.
