Stuffing Her Stocking

Editorial Worth it

Stuffing Her Stocking is a polished short game that earns genuine affection from its audience for strong writing, sound design, and comedic charm—a rarity among indie adult games. The core creative work lands: funny dialogue, creative character voices (despite the dev's own reservations), and a premise executed with narrative flair. However, the game divides players on a specific creative choice: overlaid written narration during sex scenes that some find immersion-breaking and redundant when paired with visuals and voice. The dev has acknowledged this feedback and released a voiceless alternative version, showing responsiveness to the split opinion. Recent updates have caused minor friction around file hosting and version clarity rather than affecting the game itself.
