Streaming ON! VTuber Training is a stat-management visual novel about rebuilding an entertainment empire by training a virtual streamer. The game's greatest strength is its visual presentation: expressive character art, smooth animations, and full Japanese voice acting create genuine appeal for its niche audience. The core loop—balancing daily tasks, managing multiple stats, and running nightly streams with real-time chat moderation—offers light but engaging simulation. However, the mechanical execution undermines the concept. Players consistently report that stat management is brittle: any attribute reaching 0 or 100 triggers an immediate bad ending, forcing careful save-scumming rather than organic experimentation. The late-game grinds become tedious; one reviewer notes that unlocking all achievements requires 3 hours of skip-button mashing to earn one million in-game currency. Replayability suffers because the eight endings are difficult to predict, and post-completion there is no free-play mode—once an ending triggers, the game closes. The sexual content, while well-drawn, is modest in quantity (roughly a dozen scenes), and a significant portion of CG gallery consists of recycled artwork from the developer's other games. For players attracted primarily by the art style and premise, the game can deliver a few hours of entertainment; for those seeking depth or longevity, the repetitive tasks and opaque mechanics become a barrier.
