Spermapocalypse is a post-apocalyptic survival game blending resource management, base-building, and adult content. Set in a zombie-infested world, the game presents dual gameplay modes: Survival Mode challenges players to gather resources, construct defenses, and endure against undead hordes and environmental hazards; Story Mode (patron-exclusive) follows narrative threads through characters like Astrid, Grant, and Dr. Hanslin as players uncover the origins of a mysterious viral outbreak. A central mechanic involves the "Futa transformation"—a gameplay system that unlocks new character interactions and story paths as players navigate consequences of infection and intimate encounters. The game features X-ray visualization tools, a terminal-based crafting and information system, and a pregnancy system where player choices directly alter the character's trajectory through the narrative.
