Silent Pill

A 2D adventure game set in the fictional Shizuoka Prefecture after an unknown fossil discovery draws scientific attention. The protagonist, researcher Kishimoto Sayoko, is investigating the fossil when the city is suddenly attacked by mysterious creatures. Trapped with dwindling supplies and no rescue in sight, Sayoko must navigate survival as the creatures systematically hunt and assault the survivors. The game combines exploration and combat with narrative branching based on the protagonist's physical and psychological state, including mechanics for pregnancy, arousal, and various status conditions. Multiple endings are determined by these accumulated statistics, with additional combat-defeat scenarios providing alternate story branches.
