A turn-based adult strategy game featuring a male protagonist engaging in sexual encounters with a mature woman—the wife of a senior colleague. The gameplay consists primarily of two modes: "Foreplay Battle," where players use turn-based combat mechanics to progress encounters and unlock variations, and "Foreplay Simulation," where players freely engage in sexual activity to earn points and unlock additional content.
