Shaddolands - WHID

Editorial Meh

Shaddolands is a reworked take on the creator's earlier NTR game "A Favor for a Friend," centering on a stripper wife and her husband's sexual exploration. The premise and early chapters attracted genuine interest for their writing and character dynamics, but the latest update has fractured opinion sharply. A significant faction praises the added storyline and finds the game engaging; others argue the narrative took a regressive turn in Part 3, abandoning the original's careful pacing and anticipation-building in favor of a more conventional dual-cheating setup that undercuts what made the earlier version compelling. On the technical front, Mac and Linux builds are substantially broken—multiple recent reports confirm Parts 1 and 3 won't launch on those platforms—and the game is tagged as complete despite being unfinished. The Android version exists but remains mentioned as a work in progress.
