Editorial Worth it
Sex Therapist is the latest from Umemaro, the prolific animator known for a distinctive—if deliberately lo-fi—visual style that has endured for nearly a decade. The game centers on swinging/sharing content rather than traditional NTR, though some players report confusion about the framing and find extended, repetitive sequences tedious. Graphics are praised, but opinion splits sharply: some celebrate Umemaro's consistency and the niche appeal, while others are fatigued by the studio's recent glut of sharing-themed releases and feel the premise doesn't quite land. Community feedback is limited and mixed on whether this entry justifies another playthrough.
