Editorial Don't bother
Sex Standing is a Death Stranding parody that attempts to blend walking-simulator exploration, third-person shooting, and explicit sexual content into a single package. The premise—deliver packages, unlock sex scenes—has some novelty appeal, and a small dedicated audience values it as a cheap, low-effort time-sink with Steam achievements and trading cards. However, the creative execution is weak across the board: combat feels clunky and unbalanced, animations (including sexual scenes) are static and low-effort, the story is minimal, and the game offers little beyond its adult content hook. Most players report that even discounted, it barely justifies its price. The build is significantly rough. Widespread reports of geometry clipping, player clipping through walls and off the map, character getting stuck in textures, jump mechanics that push the player sideways unpredictably, audio mixing issues (distorted music and sound effects at harsh volumes), frame rate degradation toward the end, and at least one save-blocking progression bug. Translation issues (Chinese especially) and unfinished tooltips add to the sense of a rushed, under-tested release. A few isolated praise reviews praise its cheekiness or value-per-dollar on deep discount, but the consensus is clear: this is a half-baked product that should have spent much more time in development.
