Description

As you repair their electronics, you slowly uncover their leverage: their pasts, their scandals, their weaknesses. The game is one of choice and consequence. You can extract information, manipulate situations, and engage in "special transactions" to make people submit to your terms. Different choices reshape character relationships and alter the story's direction. Your goal is to navigate this murky underworld, earn respect from the underground, collect damaging information on everyone in the city, uncover backroom deals, and expose the corrupt mayor's conspiracy—all while keeping your own operation afloat.
