Sex Clinic 18+ is a short visual novel (1.5–2 hours per playthrough) that asks players to choose between two routes and make dialogue choices that nominally affect which scenes they encounter. Opinion divides sharply: some players find it decent casual entertainment for the niche, while others call it rushed, boring, and poorly executed. The core complaint from detractors is that the story is thin and forgettable, choices feel illusory (the narrative appears linear regardless), and sex scenes are awkwardly designed—with unclear controls, short animations, looping text, and moving backgrounds that annoy. A few praise it as fun for "goons"; many more say the writing is abysmal, the UI is clunky (especially the gallery and the infamous 9-save-slot limit), and it's only worth buying on deep discount.
