Selective Mutism

An adult visual novel centered on sexual abuse and non-consent. The player assumes the role of a doctor at a care facility who takes advantage of an 18-year-old patient with severe selective mutism who is unable to move her body or speak. The game depicts repeated rape and sexual exploitation of an immobilized victim across multiple explicit scenarios. Gameplay consists of branching sexual scenes with minimal narrative structure; the appeal is presented as derived from the victim's helplessness and inability to resist or vocalize objection.
