Scars of Summer

A visual novel following Keita, a young man who returns to his rural hometown for summer vacation. There he reunites with Ryouka Enomoto, the beautiful ace of the local high-school basketball team and his childhood friend, who has romantic feelings for him. Over the course of a month, Keita must navigate his growing attraction to Ryouka while managing complications arising from other men in the village who become interested in her. The game features a deep psychological meter tracking Ryouka's emotional state and various mechanics like smartphone calls, social media monitoring, and her personal calendar. Multiple branching paths and endings are determined by player choices throughout the summer.
