You wake up in a laboratory within the world of the Therio, a realm of anthropomorphic creatures, having been rescued from near-death by the brilliant but eccentric Professor Sani Yang and her assistant Namo. To repay your medical debt, you become a test subject for their mysterious experiments while uncovering the lab's hidden secrets and true purpose. As a romantic simulation with strategy and management elements, you recruit and interact with 18 researchers—each with their own story—and develop relationships with three main heroines (Sani, Namo, and Kiwi), whose routes unfold differently based on your choices. Your decisions shape which of multiple endings you experience, while the core mystery deepens: what is the laboratory truly concealing, and what role does it play in your fate?
