RunaMaw is a turn-based RPG set in a world featuring vore and size-difference fetish content. You play as Miyuki and her friends while working for a mafia organization called the Maskerades. The story follows Miyuki's struggle for freedom while navigating crime and the underground Runa Corridors. Combat revolves around hitting enemy weaknesses to break their defenses and create openings for increased damage. The game features dynamic encounters with giant enemies—when they capture party members, those characters must struggle to escape, with severe consequences if their health drops too low during captivity.
