Description

Royal Switch is an adult fantasy visual novel loosely based on The Prince and the Pauper. Two identical women—Princess Brigitte, sheltered and sheltered in a palace, and peasant Esther, a street thief fleeing a murderous father—are separated and thrust into each other's worlds. Brigitte is captured by a ruthless gang of thieves seeking to exploit her royal status, while Esther unexpectedly becomes a figurehead of national power. The game explores themes of corruption, training, submission, self-determination, and empathy through player-driven choices that shape each character's journey. Brigitte's path involves navigating captivity and discovering agency, while Esther must overcome a lifetime of fear to seize control of her future. The narrative branches into multiple routes (bratty, willful, submissive, fearless, timid) that unlock different story outcomes and romantic/sexual content with various characters.
