Description
RomCom: Divergence is an 18+ visual novel that subverts dating sim tropes by shifting perspective to the characters affected by a typical visual novel protagonist's actions. The game features a story with multiple protagonists and timelines, each episode presenting a different lead character whose life is disrupted by the machinations of someone following a typical romance game playbook. The narrative blends dark comedy with psychological themes, exploring themes of corruption, blackmail, and the collateral damage of romance game scenarios. The game includes five potential heroines across various archetypes, interactive class council Q&A events, multiple endings, and both consensual and non-consensual sexual content through an optional H-patch.
