Rhythm Tease

Rhythm Tease is a vibrant +18 rhythm game inspired by Rhythm Heaven, centered on foot fetish content and sensual character interactions. You play as a traveler from another world who arrives in Rhythmia and engages in rhythm-based gameplay with charming, barefoot girls. Each character features unique rhythm mechanics, personality, and story episodes, with gameplay focused on hitting beats, combos, and perfect timing to unlock increasingly intimate gallery content featuring high-quality illustrations and animations. Currently, two characters are fully playable: Boba the Jester, who uses vertical juggling mechanics with ankle bells and expressive feet, and Lira the Ballerina, an elegant and dominant character with footwork-focused gameplay and two songs.
