Profession of Affection is an April Fools' spin-off of Business of Loving, gender-swapping the main cast — most notably turning the familiar male lead Eric into a female version named Erica. Community reaction is more bemused than enthusiastic: most comments are jokes, questions about the main game, or requests for content the game doesn't have. The handful of genuine reactions range from mild amusement to one player discovering it accidentally hit their niche fetish for gender-reversed scenarios, but there's little substantive feedback on writing, art, or design depth.
