Penis Hero

A 2D side-scrolling action game set in a post-plague world. You play as Damon, the sole survivor of a devastating virus that has wiped out most of humanity. After escaping a research laboratory where he was trapped, Damon must navigate a hostile new world, uncover the origins of the virus, and search for other survivors while battling various enemies.
