Passion Code is an early-in-development psychological thriller VN built around a blackmail-and-choices premise that several players find genuinely intriguing. The story concept draws positive remarks, and the overall premise is considered promising. The main creative criticism is consistent, however: the character renders are widely described as unconvincing or off-putting — comparisons to "plastic" or poorly modeled figures come up repeatedly — and at least one player found that a branching choice in the demo ultimately collapsed into the same scene regardless of what was selected, raising doubts about how meaningful the interactivity will really be. On the build side, this is clearly an early demo still in active development, with episode content being assembled and animations sitting at roughly 65% completion at time of review. It is playable enough to get a feel for the premise, but there is little content to evaluate yet. The community also has lingering questions about future relationship routes — particularly around NTR — which the developer has addressed directly. Opinion on the renders is the sharpest dividing line here: if stylized or imperfect 3D art doesn't bother you, the story hook may well be worth a look; if character visuals are a priority, you may want to wait for a more polished build.
