Parasite Inside

Parasite Inside: Prologue is a sci-fi horror game where the player awakens as Oni Lim aboard a colonization spaceship. She discovers all other crew members remain in cryogenic stasis while critical systems malfunction. Players must navigate the ship's corridors, solve puzzles, and uncover the source of the catastrophic failure amid flickering lights and ominous threats. The game blends exploration, puzzle-solving, and combat as Oni progresses through various ship sectors including crew quarters, laboratories, workshops, and maintenance areas. Gameplay features a stamina system, implant upgrades, weapon combat, health and infection mechanics, and environmental hazards. Multiple outfits and cosmetic customization options are available. Story unfolds through cutscenes, NPC interactions, collectible lore entries, and environmental storytelling. The game includes adult-oriented content and animated sequences. Early access prologue offers 30–50 minutes of gameplay with additional content planned in future updates.
