Description
Overexposed is a phone-simulator dating sim set in contemporary Paris and Montréal. You play as a photographer whose girlfriend Léa departs for six months, leaving you to navigate long-distance romance while building your photography career. The entire game unfolds through a smartphone interface—messaging apps, a photography client booking system, social media feeds, and photo galleries—mimicking real modern communication. Every choice matters: the tone of your messages, which photos you keep or share, what you ignore or engage with—all ripple through the narrative and relationship. Core gameplay involves framing and taking photographs during shoots, then deciding how to respond to Léa's distant texts and the advances of clients and other contacts. The game explores themes of fidelity, temptation, and emotional distance, with multiple endings determined by your accumulated choices.
