Orc Massage started strong—a massage-puzzle game with clean art, solid character design, and sexual content that players found genuinely engaging. The core loop is fun, the 3D models are attractive, and reviewers consistently praise what's actually in the game. The fatal problem: the project has been effectively abandoned. Last substantial update was July 2023 (nearly two years ago); the developer migrated to a new engine, promised a dragon-girl character, and then went silent. Recent reviews are dominated by frustrated players who loved the concept but won't recommend it because there's only 1–5 hours of content and no sign of progress. A few loyalists defend the current price ($3–15) as fair for what exists, and some report the dev is still alive on Patreon—but for most, "early access" that hasn't moved in two years reads as abandonware.
