Editorial Don't bother
NtrGram is an abandoned AI-art phone-chat game about a boyfriend discovering his girlfriend's infidelity through hacked messages. The premise is mechanically sound — the "phone interface" framing device creates voyeuristic tension — but execution falters badly. Most players agree the NTR route collapses into nonsense: the MC somehow remains oblivious to cheating despite having full access to chat logs on his home screen, making him feel spineless rather than aroused or conflicted. The writing lacks meaningful consequences, character depth, or branching logic; choices don't matter, and the girlfriend's corruption feels instant and unearned rather than gradual. A smaller camp enjoyed the lighter "NTS" (netorase) route where the MC consents, but even fans acknowledge the core story is generic and underbaked. The project entered indefinite hiatus around version 0.9 (May 2024); the developer stopped Patreon payments and has not responded to requests to release the final build publicly. For a completed 0.7–0.9 build, it runs stably enough, but the creative shortcomings — thin characterization, broken narrative logic, and lazy design choices — are the real problem.
