Nee-chan no Susume

A comedy romance visual novel where the protagonist Natsuno Shinji, a school student who helps his sister Ai run a coffee shop, finds his life turned upside down when he befriends the popular girl Matsunaga Shigure. His possessive older sister Ai, childhood friend Aoba (a college student), his step-mother Utako, and even Shigure herself all misunderstand his relationship with Shigure and engage in playful teasing and intimate 'education' as they compete for his affection. The story follows the comedic chaos of this love war filled with romantic misunderstandings and physical games.
