My Summer Job is a summer-themed adult visual novel built around a clear fork: players choose between a harem route and an NTR route, with optional trans content layered on top. The attractive cast and premise earn genuine enthusiasm from some corners, but the comments section is dominated by a prolonged community argument about whether harem and NTR belong in the same game at all — a content-fit dispute rather than a quality verdict. Those who are comfortable with the content mix report a reasonably enjoyable experience; those who aren't find the split frustrating on principle.
