Milterina's Cradle

A fantasy adventure game centered on themes of multiple pregnancy and lactation. Set in a peaceful town where humans and beast-people coexist, the story follows Miltarina, a Holstein beast-girl who runs a small café. Her quiet, contented life takes an unexpected turn when her friend Yuu brings her a medicine meant to help with milk production. However, the drug produces unforeseen effects on Miltarina's beast-girl body, causing her to experience gradual physical changes, increased lactation, and the discovery of a multiple pregnancy. The game explores her journey as she comes to terms with these transformations, balancing uncertainty and worry with small reassurances, ultimately discovering warmth and connection through her new role.
