Milfy is a pixel-art dungeon exploration game featuring Milfy, a grateful cowgirl maid with supernatural properties. Players can equip erotic items to modify gameplay difficulty, unlock achievements, and view a gallery of over 190 CGs and character expressions. The roughly 1–2 hour experience includes full voice acting in Japanese and English, with approximately 35 minutes of voice lines and over 15,000 characters of story text.
