Made Man is a 3D adult simulator focused on creating and interacting with a single customizable male character. Players use an extensive character editor to design every physical detail—facial features, body type, musculature, and anatomy—before entering Play mode. The core gameplay involves intimate manual interaction with the character, who responds realistically: his arousal builds progressively, physical reactions develop authentically, and his mood and engagement shift based on player actions.
