Maddi Vice

Maddi Vice is a visual novel set in the Medical Special Care universe, following Maddison, a wealthy and privileged woman who is forced by her father to gain real-world experience working as a nurse at St. Eva's Hospital. The game explores how her carefully controlled life begins to unravel as she navigates the hospital environment. As her world shifts, various characters from her past resurface with conflicting intentions, and she finds herself the object of unwanted attention. The narrative features multiple branching paths and explores themes of corruption, power dynamics, and personal transformation through romance and intimate encounters.
