LustQuest: Forbidden Desires is a full 3D dark fantasy RPG that blends sandbox-style dungeon management with character progression and mature content. You play as a Dungeon Master serving the Kingdom, tasked with capturing criminals and bringing them to your underground dungeon complex. The game emphasizes player agency: build and expand your dungeon with rooms and specialized equipment, assign prisoners to stations that affect their stats and mental state, and decide their fate as they are broken, trained, or reformed. As your influence grows, you unlock advanced mechanics and automation. Some prisoners are diverted to your brothel operation, where you manage clients, daily quotas, and employee performance to increase prestige and earnings. Beyond dungeon management, the game features a living world with story-driven quests, faction politics involving the Kingdom, Church, Order, and non-human races, and player choices that affect your standing and unlock new rewards or consequences. Character progression allows you to gain experience, unlock spells and abilities, and become a more effective Dungeon Master.
