Lovesome Stay shows real promise with attractive art and character design, but is currently held back by significant technical problems that make it difficult to play. The most common complaint is a persistent bug where a revenue-summary screen appears instead of story scenes, breaking progression early in the game; language-switching also causes display issues (images and videos won't load unless you play in Chinese). A few players report the game is grindy, and the UI itself has bugs. The creative concept—returning home to a small town and navigating relationships with multiple female housemates—lands well with those who've gotten past the technical hurdles, but the current build needs real fixes before most players can experience what's there.

Description

A management and dating simulation visual novel set in China. After returning home to help manage his family's struggling homestay business, the protagonist Lin Ye meets six adult women with distinct personalities—including a childhood friend, an ice-cold painter, and others—and develops romantic relationships with them as he upgrades the property. The game combines resource management, minor farming and collection mechanics, and character-driven romance storylines with adult content.
